The plants produce plenty of 5-6 inch oval shaped fruits covered with delightful purple and white speckles. The skin is thin and the flesh is firm but tender and mild, which makes for delicious, mouth-watering meals where Listada de Gandia eggplants are the main feature. The smaller fruits also make them perfect for small portions and side dishes.
