It holds its form and colour in the field well, and is strongly flavoured for use in the kitchen. Tall Utah 52-70 is recommended for home garden as well as commercial farm use, and produces impressive stalks with good market potential. It first appeared on the market in 1953, so technically it's an heirloom variety.
