Mild, tasty white bulbs with dark green stem. Quick and easy to grow, perfect for salads and stir fries.
Approx. 350 seeds
Sow 1.5cm (½") deep, 2.5cm (1") apart after last spring frost. Germination will take 14-21 days. Little thinning is required. Water often during dry spells. For earlier harvest, start 6-8 weeks prior to last frost and transplant to warm soil.
Spring onions are ideal for growing in containers or pots of compost, on a patio or balcony where space is limited.
