Fair quality for baking and stuffing, the bright red, white and green squashes also look stunning in fall displays as decorative gourds or on the market table. They are so decorative we have grown them just for the pleasure of having them around in the fall. Expect three to four fruits from each plant. Turk's Turban are durable if you can avoid bruising the fruits. This very old variety has been in cultivation since before 1800.
