'Arctic King' is a hardy annual widely cultivated as a cool-season, salad leaf crop forming a compact, spherical rosette of wavy, bright green leaves ready for harvest approximately 60-70 days after sowing.
Butterhead Lettuce with exceptional cold resistance. Light green outer leaves and tight lime green centres. Tender, crisp and juicy. Usually sown in autumn but also does well with an early spring planting.
