Germinates best at 29°C in moist soil.

Plant Spacing : 12-24" apart. Row Spacing: 5-6' apart.

Direct seed or transplant one week after all danger of frost has passed. Transplant: Sow seeds 3-4 weeks before planting date at ½” depth. Transplant when seedlings have 1-2 true leaves. Prefers well drained soil high in organic matter. Fertilization is recommended 1 week after blossoming and 3 weeks later.
