Organic Bean Jersey Pole - Metchosin Farm Seeds

We found this variety at the seed exchange table of the Northeast Organic Growers Conference in New York State, and have been impressed enough with its production in our coastal BC climate to add it to our catalogue. The green beans are crisp and tasty, and when dried they have a lovely grey-brown mottled colouration and a nutty rich flavour that does well in soups and stews.
