Bred for the Canadian prairies by Dr. F. L. Skinner. Lavender-blue 2-3" (5-8cm) bell shaped blooms on a very vigorous and free flowering plant makes Blue Bird Dr. Skinners best known hybrid. Blooms are produced in April and May on an 8-12' (2.5-3.5m) plant. Pruning Group A.
